Leonard Gray Estate Agents are dedicated to Chelmsford. For us it’s more than just helping people to move home, it’s the place we live and work in, so it’s nice to give something back.
Over the years we’ve collected supermarket vouchers for local schools, advertised fetes and shows, and donated a proportion of our fees to charity.

Here’s how we’ve previously helped local schools, clubs and charities recently.
Supported Meadgate Primary School
Collected supermarket vouchers, advertised their Christmas Bazaar and summer fete using 30 of our sale boards. “We really cannot thank you enough for your help as we continue to raise funds for the school and to keep the school’s swimming pool running.” Mrs Julie Stack (PTA Meadgate School)
Entered a team in the Walk for Life
12 members of Leonard Gray staff entered the Walk For Life raising £415 in sponsorship for Farleigh Hospice.
Supported Perryfields Infant School
Supported their summer fete with a donation to help cover their costs and free advertising using our sale boards at 35 local properties.
Supported Farleigh Hospice Open Gardens
Provided free sale boards with specially designed adverts promoting the homes which planned to open their gardens for charity.
Provided free advertising for the CAODS performance of Titanic
Erected 30+ of our sale boards for free to aid the promotion of their show at the Civic Theatre.
Supported Broomfield School
Supported their summer fete with a donation to help cover their costs and free advertising using our sale boards at 35 local properties.
Donated £1700 of our fees during our previous Spring campaign
We offered a £100 donation to Farleigh Hospice for all new instructions that completed within 6 months.
