As a vaccine to COVID-19 emerges on the horizon and we begin to look ahead to a more positive New Year many of us now find ourselves thinking, what next?

2020 has been a tough year for us all: our collective annus horribilis. With multiple lockdowns, the children being at home and increased working from home, many people have had to consider if their current home still suits their needs.

Although it may already be too late to take advantage of the Stamp Duty Holiday (currently due to end March 2021), many of our clients are still planning a home move and a fresh start next year.

With 2021 just around the corner, we are suggesting to our clients that they take the pro-active approach of instructing us to prepare their property particulars now, ready to launch on the first working day of January or, even before.  Historically, Boxing Day has seen a spike in Rightmove views so why not get your property seen?

With DIY stores open during this current lockdown (and let’s face it, not a lot else to do in lockdown!) why not use the opportunity to finish all of those once neglected jobs and get your home looking its best?
