Andrew Hunt

Andrew has been an estate agent for 31 years – over 13 of those have been with Leonard Gray. As branch manager he sets the firms ethos for honesty and going the extra mile, helping people move home with the minimum of stress. Andrew enjoys playing golf (reasonably), snooker (poorly) and watching most other sports. He has a passion for photography and looking at the finer details of the way your home is presented.

Elaine Allen

Elaine brings a wealth of experience both in property sales and financial services. Her negotiating skills and tenacious attitude to sales progressing combine to ensure that 91% of our sales complete successfully (current market abort rate is 29%).

Laura Byne

Laura has lived in Chelmsford since she was a child and is a great source for local knowledge like school catchment areas. In addition to being an experienced negotiator, she works with local schools and charities to support their activities in the community. Laura has a friendly and approachable manner and is always ready to assist.

Laura Connick

Laura has many years experience in all areas of residential conveyancing including sales, purchase, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, shared ownership, lease extensions and legal charges. Kirsty Croarkin

Kirsty Croarkin worked very successfully as a Conveyancing Assistant with a local practice before joining the Countrywide Group of Companies firstly as a senior lister and more recently as a mortgage consultant where she won a national competition to devise an original marketing campaign. Kirsty's heart lies in conveyancing and she is thrilled to be working for Leonard Gray where she plans to further her career and qualify as a Legal Executive.
